We are seeking a skilled Sales Coordinator with signage experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the end-to-end signage process – from client consultation and quoting through to fabrication, installation, and project delivery.
The successful candidate will have experience managing signage accounts and a solid understanding of fabricated signage.
You will work closely with clients, designers, production staff and installers to deliver high-quality signage solutions on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
* Utilise systems to produce quotations, process orders and perform general data entry.
* Manage customer enquiries via email and telephone.
* Provide excellent service to clients through end-to-end responsibility.
* Liaise with internal fabrication and production teams.
* Conduct site visits and client consultations where required.
* Proactively follow up on quotes to maximise sales pipelines and opportunities.
* Respond to requests for quotation and information in a timely manner.
* Seek feedback from clients to monitor service delivery.
Qualifications
* Experience in sales or customer service.
* Knowledge of signage fabrication and production processes.
* Ability to read plans, specifications, and architectural drawings.
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to quickly assess customer needs.
* Current driver's license.
