The Opportunity
This is a newly created executive role for a hands‑on, commercially minded Chief Technology Officer who wants to shape the future of a high‑performing real estate business.
At Raine & Horne Maclean, Yamba, Iluka, we are entering our next phase of growth.
Technology, data, automation and systems will be central to how we scale, and we're looking for a leader who can own that journey end to end.
You won't be stepping into legacy red tape.
You'll be trusted to design, lead and execute a technology strategy that genuinely improves performance, efficiency and customer experience across sales, property management and administration.
What You'll Be Responsible For
As Head of Technology & Innovation, you will report directly to the MD and work closely with leadership and frontline teams.
Your remit will include: Developing and executing a whole‑of‑business technology strategy
Leading CRM, ERP, marketing automation and data integrations
Driving efficiency through workflow automation, AI tools and system optimisation
Overseeing cyber security, data governance and compliance
Evaluating, selecting and implementing new platforms and tools
Acting as the bridge between technology and commercial outcomes
Building internal capability and improving adoption across teams
Managing external vendors and technology partners Who We're Looking For
You don't need real estate experience - but you must understand business.
You'll likely bring: Proven experience in a senior technology, systems or digital leadership role
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate tech into results
Experience with CRM platforms, automation tools, cloud systems and data
A practical, hands‑on mindset, not just strategy, but execution
The confidence to challenge, influence and lead change
