Job Description:
As a seasoned IT professional, you will lead our Services team and manage the delivery of support services. You will ensure they meet ongoing client and contract requirements, working closely with internal technical professionals and clients.
We operate at the intersection of support, consulting, cybersecurity, software development, and products to provide a range of IT services across Australia.
* Lead and manage a team of IT Service and Project Engineers
* Provide technical oversight and ownership of Level 2, Level 3, and Project support requests
* Ensure service offerings and customer experiences meet contract requirements through operational management and continuous improvement
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry and new innovations that support business growth
