About the Role:
The Guest Experience Officer partners with the Operations Manager to keep our park and front office running like clockwork while delivering exceptional service to guests and homeowners alike.
Responsibilities:
* Delight Guests: Be the friendly face and voice that makes every guest feel welcome and cared for.
* Own the Frontline: Handle calls, inquiries, and in-person interactions with professionalism and efficiency.
* Master Bookings: Seamlessly manage reservations, cancellations, and transitions.
* Keep Finances Flowing: Oversee deposits, homeowner fees, and booking payments with precision.
* Solve Problems Like a Pro: Tackle guest concerns with speed and empathy, turning challenges into opportunities.
