We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Professional to oversee the preparation of high-quality meals for our residents.
This is a physically demanding role requiring frequent bending, squatting, lifting, and pushing items. The ideal candidate will be able to perform these tasks without risk of injury.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain high standards of food preparation, minimizing nutritional losses and bacterial hazards.
* Ensure daily purchase, delivery, storage, preparation, cooking, and presentation of food meets prescribed standards.
* Respond to special occasion requests, such as birthdays and events.
* Thoroughly clean all kitchen areas before and after food preparation.
* Continuously improve services to provide residents with meals of the highest quality.
