The Role
You'll work with children and young people aged 0-18, many of whom are navigating complex mental health presentations influenced by trauma, family violence and psychosocial stressors.
* Conduct trauma-informed mental health assessments for children and adolescents
* Develop and implement client-led care plans
* Deliver evidence-informed therapeutic interventions
* Support parents, carers and families as part of the therapeutic process
* Assess and manage risk in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
* Work closely with schools, paediatric services, youth agencies and child protection services
* Maintain high-quality clinical documentation and care planning
You'll also have access to clinical supervision, reflective practice and ongoing professional development to continue strengthening your therapeutic skills.

About You
You're a clinician who values collaboration, curiosity and compassionate practice, and you're comfortable working with complex mental health presentations.
* Full registration as one of the following; Psychologist, Mental Health Nurse, Mental Health Accredited Social Worker, Occupational Therapist
* Experience providing mental health assessment and therapeutic interventions for children and/or adolescents
* Knowledge of child development, youth mental health and trauma-informed care
* Experience working with families, caregivers or schools
* Strong documentation and communication skills
* Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
* Experience supporting young people impacted by trauma, neurodiversity, complex family systems or family and domestic violence will be highly regarded.
