About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and skilled SAP FICO Business Analyst to join our growing consulting team.
The successful candidate will assist in supporting, configuring, and implementing SAP S/4HANA Finance modules to optimise our clients’ financial and operational performance.
This position is ideal for a professional with a solid foundation in SAP FICO who is ready to grow within a dynamic, cloud-oriented technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO) modules.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements for finance and accounting processes.
- Assist in the integration of external data and systems (e.g. CRM, banking, revenue systems) into SAP General Ledger.
- Conduct functional testing, prepare documentation, and provide end-user training.
- Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities using tools such as LSMW or LTMC.
- Analyse and troubleshoot functional issues in the areas of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Asset Accounting.
- Prepare functional specifications for enhancements and coordinate with technical consultants for delivery.
- Participate in design workshops, UAT testing, and system support after go-live.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in business systems analysis, financial data integration, or ERP consulting.
- Experience gathering requirements, creating functional specifications, and supporting finance process improvements.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Signavio, or other process-modelling tools is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into system solutions and user stories.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise across both technical and business teams.
