Pohlmans Nursery is Australia’s largest wholesale nursery on the Eastern Seaboard. This permanent position is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with customers, keeping things organised, and supporting smooth stock flow. With approx. 80% of your time focused on sales admin and 20% on stock control, no two days will be the same!
Permanent Position - Full Time or Part Time (Negotiable)
What you'll be doing
- Be the first point of contact for customer calls and emails
- Assist with order placement, product enquiries, and promotions
- Process orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service
Stock Control
- Maximise saleable stock ensuring only high-quality product goes to market
- Record and track stock movements accurately
- Assist with weekly production and stock requirement planning
- Liaise with the production team on availability and order needs
What we're looking for
- A confident communicator with strong customer service skills
- Organised, detail-focused, and great at multitasking
- Someone proactive, reliable, and eager to learn
- Previous experience in sales admin or stock control is a bonus, but not essential

Our Head Innovation Officer Rob Pohlman can be found implementing current technologies with an aim to improve the quality and efficiency of the nursery’s growing process. Our family philosophy supports our wider community, providing employment for over 185 people during the peak season.
