A rare opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic and professional Property Manager to join our friendly, experienced team.

The Portfolio
* ≈165 well‑managed properties
* Supported by a shared Property Management Assistant
* No viewings – handled by our dedicated Leasing Consultant
* No new management prospecting – we have a BDM for that
* No end‑of‑month trust accounting – managed by our Trust Manager
* No Property Condition Reports – outsourced to professionals
* No routine inspections – handled by our in‑house Inspection Team
This role allows you to focus on what you do best: building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
What You'll Need
* Current WA Certificate of Registration (DMIRS) – essential
* Australian driver's licence
* Previous experience in Real Estate / Property Management – minimum 6–12 months required
* Strong computer literacy – experience with Property Tree, Process Street, and Inspect Real Estate is highly desirable
* Excellent time management and attention to detail
* Professional presentation and strong communication skills
* Commitment to exceptional customer service
