Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Parts Expeditor to join our team in Darwin. This is a permanent Monday to Friday role.
As a Parts Expeditor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and support through face-to-face and over-the-phone interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service
* Develop customer loyalty by surpassing customer expectations
* Process cash, cheque, and credit card payments for parts, and accurately record them on the cash sales summary
* Assist with the reconciliation of cash sale account entries

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent customer service, interpersonal skills, and phone manner. You will also require intermediate computer skills and an ability to learn our business systems.
High level of attention to detail, coupled with well-developed verbal and written communication skills, is essential. Previous parts or automotive experience would be desirable.
