Support event management, brand marketing, and hospitality as a Brand Activator for a global community-driven company.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
Represent act.3 and partners at events across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Gold Coast.
Support event setup, on-site activities, and tear-down for fairs, roadshows, hospitality and guest programs, accreditation, and staff events.
Assist with sample management for partners during the season.
Act as a sales assistant at stores or events.
Work as a sports host, serving as the point of contact during daily sessions and events.
Assist catering teams with setup and guest service.
Coordinate product and marketing seedings.
Support activities at act.3 headquarters in Herzogenaurach or Berlin office and engage with the community.
About You
The company is looking for:
Currently enrolled students (e.g., event/sport management, business administration, marketing, communication) or individuals with a main occupation.
Passion for sports, culture, sustainability, and alignment with act.3 values.
Purpose-driven mindset focused on creating real change in people's lives.
Fluency in German and/or English with open-minded communication skills.
Availability to work at least 3-4 days per month.
Reliable, proactive, independent, and hands-on work approach.
Team player eager to join a young, diverse team combining work and fun.
