NovaSource Power Services (NSPS) is a specialist in providing Operations & Maintenance Services to Solar Plants and Battery Energy Storage Projects around the world.
We presently manage over 26GW of Utility Solar Projects globally, with operations established in Australia to drive a higher standard of O&M to market.
About the Role
* Replacement of key components, such as modules and inverter components.
* Maintenance of inverters or associated electrical components.
* Work alongside Engineering team on the SCADA system.
* Promptly respond to and execute necessary repairs of faulty equipment.
* Interface with and management of subcontractors and other workers on site, including site inductions, daily pre-start meetings, etc.
* Continuous reporting of work status and scheduling to Regional Manager and Solar Asset Manager, including complete and detailed documentation of all work performed, involving daily time tracking and use of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
* WHS reporting and adherence to WHS protocols as established by NovaSource policy.
* Timely documentation of works performed using supplied framework.
This role is supported by a 24/7 Control Room, involving collaboration with Solar Asset Managers and Site Supervisor - attending to assigned work orders relating to preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, and project works.

* Knowledge of current industry standards, specifications, industry best practices, and Australian Standards.
* Current Electrical License (unrestricted).
* Construction White Card.
* Current and Valid Driver's License.
* Valid First Aid (CPR) and Low Voltage (LV) Rescue certification.
* Australian Work Rights.
* Experience with Data Communications (SCADA, dataloggers, routers).
* High Voltage Switching – training can be provided.
Please note that willingness to travel to other projects is required for this role.
Location
The Greenough River Solar farm is the primary location for this position.
