About the Role
This role will provide a wide range of support services to facilitate effective and efficient delivery of organizational change and the adoption of information systems and technology services for a large State Government Department.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the Director Change Management, Project Directors, and Project Managers in executing business and organisational change to make a difference within our community.
2. Apply a structured methodology to lead change management activities.
3. Lead, plan, and deliver project communication.
4. Assess change impacts and develop strategies and plans to address.
5. Undertake stakeholder analysis, develop engagement strategies, and plans.
6. Create the change management approach.
7. Develop the change management plans.
8. Identify, analyse, and prepare change-focused risk mitigation.
9. Identify and manage anticipated change resistance and develop actions to address.
10. Support and engage Program and Project leadership in managing and communicating organisational change.
11. Plan, conduct, and continually review both training material and training across the entire organisation.
12. Evaluate and ensure user readiness and transition strategies and plans.
13. Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
14. Develop the training plan and support training efforts during deployments.
15. Track and report issues that may arise during the deployment.
Your Skills and Experience
* Demonstrated 5+ years' experience in organisational change management roles, including design and implementation of structured change.
* Demonstrated experience in developing digital training material during continual software development lifecycles.
* Communication strategies contributing to the successful delivery of complex ICT projects.
* Demonstrated experience delivering ICT projects involving significant business change.
* Demonstrated experience participating in project delivery teams, comprising of a mix of employees, contractors, and vendors.
* Demonstrated excellent written, verbal, and negotiation skills with the ability to comfortably engage with end-users and the program team.
