Job Opportunity: We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team. This is a full-time position in a Kindergarten setting, where you will be responsible for designing and delivering play-based learning experiences that spark curiosity and prepare children for school transition.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the approved kindergarten program and collaborate with colleagues to foster strong relationships with families and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
* Design and deliver engaging educational programs that meet the needs of 4-5 year olds, including early literacy, numeracy, social and emotional skills, self-regulation, and resilience.
* Mentor and support colleagues to enhance their teaching practice and contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
* Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) or relevant qualifications and experience.
* Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check) and First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training.
* Ideal candidates will have at least 12+ months of experience in a Kindergarten Teacher/ECT role in Australia and possess confidence in leading educational programs, engaging families, and mentoring colleagues.
