Key responsibilities
- Responsible for driving exceptional customer service and Support visual merchandising to create in store experiences that inspire our customers and drive visual merchandising execution in store based on concession principles
- Coach your team to be the reason the customer returns to shop in your store by exceeding their expectations
- Responsible for facilitating training on customer service standards with all team members
- Role model CRG values to create and consistently build a team experience that encourages learning, ownership and shared success
- Lead a high-quality induction experience for all new starters ensuring they have the right knowledge to succeed in their role
- Actively maintain a safe place to work for team members and everyone who visits our store with a focus on promoting wellbeing
- Use available data and reports to identify key insights making informed decisions for the business and the customers
- Coach and provide regular feedback to your team on understanding our products and how to be customer led for the purpose of delivering an exceptional store experience
- Lead the team to deliver store operations excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities
