What You'll Do:
* Deliver sharp, helpful service at the counter, on the phone and via email
* Quote fast, follow through, and keep customers coming back
* Pick and pack orders - accurately and efficiently
* Manage incoming stock and keep the place sorted
* Learn the product range so you can talk smart with tradies
* Pitch in across the branch - no silos, no passengers
What You'll Bring:
* Confident, helpful communicator on the counter and over the phone
* Hands-on attitude. Happy shifting boxes and solving problems
* Reliable, detail-focused, and proud to get it right
* Warehouse or sales experience in trade environments is a bonus, but not essential
* Driver's licence and unrestricted work rights
