ATCO Structures and Logistics – Stakeholder & Events Advisor (Fixed Term Parental Leave Contract through to June 2027)

What You'll Be Doing
* Lead the planning and delivery of internal and external events that genuinely reflect ATCO's values, culture and priorities.
* Turn event data into clear insights that help us plan smarter and show up stronger across the sector.
* Keep event governance on track, from attendance protocols to speaker opportunities and post‐event wrap‐ups.
* Manage invitations, guest lists and communications with accuracy, care and a consistently polished tone.
* Coordinate and manage sponsorships and memberships to ensure our involvement is purposeful and value‐driven.
* Build strong relationships with vendors and industry partners, uphold ATCO's brand in every interaction, and manage budgets responsibly.

* Strong budget awareness and a polished approach to every activity and interaction.
What You'll Bring
Qualifications & Experience
* 3+ years' experience delivering high‐quality events for large organisations, government or agencies.
* Experience engaging and working effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Tertiary qualifications in events, marketing, communications or stakeholder engagement (desirable).
* Experience using Salesforce (desirable).
