What you'll do
* Lead a team of people leaders, providing them with the guidance and support they need to succeed.
* Proactively identify and address areas for optimisation, driving continuous improvement across all operational processes.
* You'll use data and a strong understanding of business systems to boost operational efficiency and achieve KPI's
* Demonstrate agility in navigating complex changes, ensuring your team remains engaged and supported through transitions.
* Oversee budget management and optimise resource allocation to achieve maximum operational efficiency and meet our strategic goals.
What you'll bring
* A proven background leading a team within Supply Chain, Retail, FMCG
* The ability to work with union representatives in relation to dispute resolution and outcome/decision making.
* A track record of navigating complex change while keeping teams engaged and supported.
* A deep commitment to safety protocols and procedures is crucial
* The ability to effectively plan and prioritise tasks is essential.
* You'll be comfortable articulating goals to your team and have the ability to provide feedback as needed
