**Leadership and Management Training Role:**
A leading Registered Training Organisation is seeking a qualified Leadership Trainer and Assessor to join its academic team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support students' transition to life and study in a new environment, fostering a culture of inclusivity and respect.
* Deliver engaging and high-quality training sessions that meet the needs of diverse learners.
* Assess learner competence through rigorous evaluation processes.
* Participate in validation and moderation sessions to ensure compliance with industry standards.
* Contribute to the development of RTO resources, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
* Maintain currency of knowledge and skills at all times, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
* Perform duties in an ethical and professional manner, adhering to organisational policies and procedures.
Essential Requirements:
* Holding a relevant qualification (Diploma of Leadership and Management or higher) and recent industry experience in training (within the last 3 years).
* TAE40116 or higher qualification or TAE40110 with TAELLAN411/ equivalent and TAEASS502/ equivalent.
* Evidence of recent VET and Industry PD activities, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
* Licence to work in Australia.
Desirable Skills:
* Previous experience working with international students, enhancing cultural awareness and understanding.
* Exceptional customer service skills, providing tailored support to meet individual needs.
