As a Hospital Pathology Collector, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the health of Australians.

Your key responsibilities will include:
* Liaising and building effective relationships with hospital staff, including doctors and nurses
* Collecting samples across different wards and areas, with a focus on providing quality patient care
* Keeping accurate records for every patient and sample
You will be working in a fast-paced environment, where attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* Demonstrated experience and knowledge in Phlebotomy, ideally with a Certificate III in Pathology Collection or a nursing background
* Excellent liaison and communication skills, with a high level of empathy and a patient-centered approach
* Organizational skills, with high attention to detail
* A Working With Children's Check, or be willing to obtain one
* Status as an Australian citizen or permanent resident, or a New Zealand citizen, or hold a valid visa with permission to work
* Vaccine-preventable disease evidence, such as Hepatitis B
