Administrative Support Role
This full-time role is based in our office in Kingston and involves providing exceptional client experience, supporting our team of lawyers and paralegals, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact for clients, both in person and on the phone, and deliveries at our office
* Office set-up and pack-down every day
* Client welcome, file opening and managing file closing and safe custody
* Processing incoming and outgoing mail and email
* Client hospitality and meeting room hygiene
* Running errands including lodgment of dealings, document delivery and banking
* Providing assistance in managing our business automations
* Miscellaneous office administration tasks
Requirements
* High quality customer service skills
* Ability to understand and maintain impeccable presentation standards
* Business administration skills and a passion for working with people and as part of a team towards everyone's success
