About the Opportunity The primary purpose of this position is to support both retail and internal service departments in providing expert parts advice and inventory support. You will play a vital role in ensuring customers receive the correct parts and accessories, while supporting the overall success of the Parts & Accessories Department. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager / Dealer Principal, some of your responsibilities will include: Assisting in events such as demo weekends and trade shows Maintaining a clean and organised retail and storage environment Participating in showroom merchandising and promotional activities Accurately identifying and supplying motorcycle parts and accessories Processing orders, maintaining stock levels, and updating inventory systems Supporting Service Technicians and Sales Departments with timely part supply Delivering exceptional in-person and phone-based customer service to retail and internal workshop customers About You The successful candidate will have: Confidence using Microsoft Office and inventory management systems A current motorcycle licence (or the ability and willingness to obtain one) Previous customer-facing retail experience with a focus on high-level service A sound understanding of motorcycle components or a strong willingness to learn Strong verbal and written communication and the ability to multitask under pressure A Certificate III in Automotive Sales or relevant experience in motorcycle parts sales What’s in it for You?
