Job Title: Stores Administration Officer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our Finance team as a vital member in the administration of our Stores facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Issue and receive material and stock at Council's Stores facilities.
* Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring that stock is always up-to-date and ready for use.
* Manage inventory management and stock control systems, utilizing sound computer skills.
* Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal customers, fostering strong working relationships.

Requirements:

* Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience with inventory management and stock control systems.
* Computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
* Able to obtain a dangerous goods licence and forklift ticket.
