Pastry Chef de Partie
We are seeking an experienced Pastry Chef de Partie to enhance our culinary offerings. The successful candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of patisserie and assist in preparing and serving food with exceptional standards.
Main Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the brigade to ensure a smooth, safe, and efficient kitchen operation.
* Contribute to the development of creative menus and services that maintain the highest quality expected by our guests.
* Communicate relevant feedback from colleagues or guests to the Head Chef or Sous Chef.
* Mentor junior staff members to foster growth and excellence.
* Support daily ordering while considering stock usage, menu planning, and business levels.
* Ensure the kitchen meets high standards for cleanliness, stock control, and work prioritization.

* Must have proven experience in a similar high-quality hotel/restaurant environment.
* Demonstrate a true passion for patisserie and a willingness to learn.
* Possess a comprehensive understanding of health & safety and food safety guidelines.
