We are seeking an experienced Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruitment team, manage end-to-end talent acquisition, and deliver outstanding onboarding experiences for new employees.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and coach a team of Recruitment Coordinators.
* Own end-to-end talent acquisition processes.
* Attract, assess, and secure top-tier professionals across all functions.
* Manage full-cycle recruitment: advertising, screening, interviewing, compliance, and onboarding.
* Build and nurture strong talent pipelines through targeted networking, talent pooling, and market mapping.
* Ensure principles of inclusion, diversity, and non-bias are integrated into hiring practices.
* Collaborate with leaders to forecast workforce needs and plan accordingly.
* Foster strong candidate relationships through transparent communication and timely feedback.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with experience overseeing a team.
* Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment (disability or community services experience a plus).
* Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition and successful headhunting activities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
* Flexible approach and willingness to adapt to changing environments.
* A growth mindset and willingness to mentor others.
* Competence with recruitment systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
