Cairns Cleaning Contractors / RLC is a long term local Cairns business looking after all aspects of Lawncare, Domestic and Commercial Cleaning.
We are looking for a full time Operations Assistant to join our close knit team.
In this role you will provide operational and administrative support to both the on the ground team and Richards Lawn Care and Aged Care Manager.
Responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, create and update weekly schedules for our regular staff to meet our customers requirements.
- Liaise with customers regarding their requirements, and regularly touch base to ensure that we are continuing to meet them
- Administrative Support, including data entry and filing
- Initial point of contact for our staff and clients with support from Manager
- Quality Control Checks on our regular operations
- Assisting the team with day to day operations issues
- Basic sales and operational planning, will involve you attending sites with your Manager to keep across requirements for new jobs and ensure we have the required capacity to meet or increase services
Skills and Experience
- Good communication skills are required, both written and verbal
- Computer Skills and ability to learn new software quickly
- Able to work within a team and provide clear and understandable directions to staff
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with deadlines
- Good problem solving abilities
