Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Lead to take full ownership of a high-performing manufacturing operation with over 85 team members and annual sales of $40M. This is a pivotal leadership role with responsibility across strategy, operations, financial performance, and culture.
What you’ll do
- Develop and execute business strategy to drive growth in line with long-term objectives
- Lead plant operations with a focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Own P&L; outcomes, including sales, margin, and EBIT targets
- Oversee inventory, working capital, and capex management
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across manufacturing processes
- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team committed to safety and customer service
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver sustainable growth
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience in senior leadership roles across operations, sales, or commercial functions
- Strong background in manufacturing
- Expertise in financial management, strategy development, and P&L; accountability
- Track record of leading teams through growth, change, and transformation
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- A growth mindset with resilience, creativity, and a passion for problem-solving
