Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office and Administration Manager based in Orange. The Office and Administration Manager will manage administrative tasks, and ensure the smooth functioning of office activities. Responsibilities will include general support to the regional general manager, organising client documentation including renewal and daily requests, scheduling meetings, answering client queries, and oversee the day to day requirements of the office. The role also includes supporting executive staff, and addressing any day-to-day operational challenges.

The candidate will develop their insurance skills over time and assist with broking tasks once the Tier 1 insurance qualification is complete, where you will then assist with client queries and day to day claims and client management.

Qualifications

* Strong organizational and administrative skills, including office management, scheduling, and document organization
* Proficiency in communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
* Tier 1 RG146 Insurance compliance (preferred but not essential)
* Knowledge of industry-related processes and documentation, especially in construction, resources, and energy sectors, is a plus
* Proficient at MS Office software applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
* Demonstrated professionalism and ability to uphold the highest service standards
