We're looking for a reliable MR Truck Driver to join our Northern Tasmania division.
This is a permanent, full-time role based at our Launceston yard — perfect for someone who values teamwork, safety, and getting the job done right.
What You'll Be Doing
Collecting and delivering scrap metal bins on time, every time
Communicating with management about OHS, environmental, or site issues
Following daily collection plans while staying flexible when needed
Supporting yard operations when required
Building strong relationships with our loyal customer base
Always working safely and professionally
What You'll Bring
MR or HR licence with 2+ years' commercial truck driving experience and a clean record
Great customer service skills — you'll be the face of TMR with clients
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physically fit and able to pass a pre-employment medical
Right to work in Australia
Bonus points if you have:
Hiab/crane operation experience (training available for the right candidate)
Forklift licence (LF) or tickets for load-shifting equipment (excavators, etc.)
Experience in waste management, recycling, or similar industries
