Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise a team of skilled technicians and apprentices, ensuring quality service repairs and aftermarket support for complex equipment.
• Manage work order scheduling, execution, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide warranty support and resolve client issues through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct risk assessments to promote a safe working environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
Qualified Heavy Duty trade professional with supervisory experience in mechanical or dealership settings.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards common goals.
Strong understanding of OH&S protocols and risk management in high-risk environments.
Effective planning and time management skills to handle dynamic workloads.
Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder engagement with a customer-first approach.
