Support Young People with Trauma and Complex Needs
As a member of our residential care team, you'll work closely with children and young people who have experienced trauma, abuse, or neglect.
Many of these individuals also face complex medical needs requiring specialized care. In this role, you'll provide daily living assistance, including personal care if needed.
You'll be working in homes that operate 24/7, which may require shifts, including afternoons, sleepovers, and weekends.
* A relevant qualification such as a Diploma in Community Services is preferred, although we welcome Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander applicants with relevant experience.
* Hold current Provide First Aid and CPR certificates.
* Have an Australian Drivers Licence.
* Be willing to assist with daily living activities, such as personal care if required.
To succeed in this position, you must pass probity checks, including National Criminal History Record Check, NSW Working with Children Check, and NSW Residential Care Workers Register check.
