Loss Prevention Manager
We are looking for a Loss Prevention Manager with strong supermarket experience who can reduce shrinkage, maintain safety standards and support stores across Western Australia.
Requirements
• More than 7 years of supermarket experience
• Able to travel to all locations, including regional WA
• Strong initiative and time management
• Self-driven, honest and committed
• Able to identify risks and implement action plans
• Experience with WorkSafe procedures
• Experience with MSDS requirements
• Contacts in the security sector, including alarms, guards, safes and licensing
• Preferred experience with supermarket IT and Smart Retail
• Able to communicate clearly at all levels of the business
• Able to identify shrinkage issues and put plans in place to reduce them
Salary
100K plus a car, depending on experience.
