We are currently seeking a highly motivated and performance-focused individual to join our Sales and Member Services reception team as a Team Manager on a full-time permanent basis. This is a key leadership role within a fast-paced, dynamic environment, supporting our team to ensure that our members first interaction is the best possible.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is looking to fine tune their leadership skills, whilst developing additional skills in stakeholder management, developing strategies and implementing strategic improvements to support our members and changing business needs.
What will you be doing?
* Conducting leadership routines, identifying and sharing opportunities, knowledge and skills aligned to the achievement of operations measures, engagement, member experience targets and people KPI's.
* Creating and monitoring coaching plans for team members, ensuring a link into current development needs.
* Identifying trends & issues resulting from the review of daily trackers and other relevant reports, taking appropriate action and providing feedback to leader.
* Developing and maintaining strong, effective working relationships with key stakeholders, including working closely with Operations team and Contact Centre.
* Establish strategic improvements to the Reception team to support the changes in our member and business needs.

* Experience in coaching or training to technical skill gaps.
