The opportunity
We are currently seeking a Site Coordinator/Graduate to coordinate site activities on a new and significant project. In this role you will assist the Project Manager and the site team to manage construction site activities. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all technical activities on site
* Liaise with subcontractors in the planning, construction and completion phases of construction projects
* Control and issue project documentation
* Contribute to technical detailing and problem solving
* Monitor technical implementation, testing and quality control on siteAssist in the coordination and management of trades
Required skills and experience
* Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Construction or Project Management or equivalent trade experience
* Previous experience in a site based role
* Understanding of the principles of engineering, construction and architecture
* Construction White Card & Asbestos Awareness
* Previous experience using systems such as AutoCAD, CHEOPS
