We seek a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Booking Coordinator/Service Advisor. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department by providing exceptional customer service.
While an automotive background is an advantage, we will provide extensive training to individuals with the right attitude.
The Role:
* Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, listen attentively to their concerns, and provide knowledgeable advice and recommendations tailored to their service needs
* Bookings: Handling all incoming customer enquiries and booking service appointments
* Order Processing: Efficiently process repair orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to meet service department needs.
* Technical Support: Collaborate with service technicians to understand technical requirements and provide appropriate service solutions.
* Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties, including invoicing, scheduling, and maintaining service records.
