We are looking for an exceptional BDM - Sales Professional to join our dynamic team and help us drive business growth.
In 2025 we doubled our mobile network coverage to support more clients with 4G/5G solutions. MOCN Network Sharing with Optus has allowed more clients to make the switch to Vodafone with confidence in network coverage. In 2026 we will double our customer base with compelling pricing and service benefits for business clients.
Your Role: Business Development Manager
This is a full-time, on-site position based in either Brisbane or the Gold Coast. As a Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving sales and fostering relationships with business clients. You'll identify new opportunities, build lasting client partnerships, negotiate deals, and achieve sales targets.
You will have access to an exciting range of products, including mobile, data, NBN, Cloud PBX, RingCentral and various supporting products.
Key Responsibilities
* Achieve a minimum of 40+ new mobile CTNs per month.
* Cross-sell a comprehensive suite of telecommunication products.
* Develop and execute strategies to attract and acquire new business customers.
* Manage lead generation inquiries effectively in Hubspot CRM.
* Adhere to VBC's proven sales processes, procedures, and core values.

* Customer-First Mindset: Prioritize client needs and satisfaction.

* Industry Experience: Telecommunications experience preferred but not essential.
