We have an opportunity for a passionate and career‐driven Property Manager to join our highly regarded QLD Retail Property Management team. In this role, you'll oversee a manageable portfolio of retail assets, taking ownership of the overall performance, presentation, and financial outcomes of the portfolio.
Responsibilities
* Managing all property management and building services operations
* Maintaining strong, proactive relationships with owners, occupiers, and operational teams
* Overseeing all lease administration activities including compliance, renewals, rent reviews, and preparation of lease and licence documentation
* Preparing clear and detailed monthly reporting packs for property owners
* Managing financial transactions, ensuring correct authorisation, billing accuracy, and timely debt collection
* Building and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a commercial Property Management role
* Strong ability to manage client expectations and juggle multiple priorities to meet tight deadlines
* Solid financial acumen, including knowledge of cash and accrual accounting and financial reporting
* A professional, approachable manner with high attention to detail
* Confident communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships
* Current Certificate of Registration and Drivers Licence/car
