Seeking FIFO Process Supervisors!
Your Current Role
Reportingto the Process Superintendent, the Process Shift Supervisor is responsible formanaging and coordinating their crew to meet safety and production targets.You’ll work closely with mining and maintenance teams to drive continuousimprovement and protected production.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Minimum 3 years as a Leading Hand or Shift Supervisor
- Proven experience leading a diverse team in a Copper Concentrate Processing Plant
- Strong knowledge of multistage crushing, screening, grinding, flotation, reagents, and filtration systems
- Excellent people management and leadership skills
- Competency in Confined Space, Gas Testing, and Working at Heights
- Certificate III or IV in Process Plant Operations (desirable)
- Results-driven with a strong track record of meeting KPIs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Teams
- Experience with incident investigations and control implementation
- Familiarity with Pronto and Citect/SCADA systems
- Current QLD Driver’s Licence
- S123 or G189 Mine Supervisor Certificate
