Performance Strategy Consulting
As part of the Performance Strategy Consulting team, you will work in teams to solve complex problems, drive meaningful change, and help industries and organisations overcome their biggest challenges. Role Overview
Partners in Performance Managers play a critical role of leading engagements, working in business improvement, strategic sourcing, capital portfolio optimisation and commercial due diligence across clients in the ANZ region. You will lead a team of Senior Associates, Associates and/or Business Analysts to ensure engagement delivery, coaching, and client management, controlling the end‐to‐end process.

Qualifications and Experience
* Outstanding academic results
* University degree or equivalent experience with a strong emphasis on quantitative skills, especially in Engineering, Commerce/Economics, Mathematics/Science (We consider candidates from a broad spectrum of degrees but emphasise quantitative skills in commerce, engineering and science‐based courses)
* MBA would be an advantage
* Double degrees and Postgraduate degrees highly regarded
* Demonstrated passion for results with a track record of achieving tough targets under pressure
* Excellent problem‐solving skills, ability to structure and prioritise effort, ask right questions to reach root causes
* Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to coach, influence and build trust with senior managers, manage a team, prioritise team members' professional development
* Propensity to coach and guide younger consultants to deliver results and work through the line to achieve outcomes
* Strong communication skills, ability to construct compelling arguments backed by facts
* Ability to influence, effectively multitask and manage expectations/deadlines
* Demonstrated alignment with Partners in Performance values
