SHEQ Expert Sought for Safe Operations
This is a key role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our teams, contractors, and clients.
The SHEQ Advisor will be at the forefront of implementing our health and safety management system, driving continuous improvement, and supporting operational leaders in fostering a safe workplace culture.
The role involves:
- Conducting thorough operational risk reviews, site audits, and inspections, ensuring that risk controls are implemented, monitored, and continuously improved.
- Leading third-party audits and guiding subcontractors to ensure compliance.
- Promoting and tracking environmental performance initiatives in line with our sustainability goals.
- Leading incident investigations, conducting root cause analysis (RCA), and providing detailed reporting in line with our standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a SHEQ Advisor role, with expertise in risk management, incident investigations and auditing.
- Qualification in Health and Safety or equivalent, along with Investigation training. Lead Auditor Training or internal equivalent is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of project-related equipment and operational requirements, with a solid understanding of SHEQ management systems and processes in high-risk industries.
