Key Responsibilities Governance Assurance Coordinate reporting and assurance activities across programs.
Prepare engagement materials for governance interactions.
Secretariat Reporting Provide secretariat support to program boards, including agendas, minutes, and action tracking.
Coordinate reporting to governance bodies.
Financial Management Manage and report on the digital transformation budget.
Develop financial dashboards and visualisations in collaboration with finance partners.
Risk Management Maintain and align risk registers across projects and programs.
Team Coordination Quality Control Support weekly planning, quality assurance processes, and capability uplift.
Ensure effective use of systems for knowledge and information management.
Procurement Recruitment Streamline processes and develop SOPs for procurement and recruitment.
Stakeholder Engagement Build strong relationships with partners and internal governance teams.
What We're Looking For Strong understanding of governance frameworks and assurance processes.
Experience in financial oversight and reporting.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
The contract runs from 10 January **** to 30 June ****, with the potential for a 12-month extension.
