LM Landscaping and Irrigation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Albury, NSW. As our Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the organising and management of all our Company landscaping and irrigation projects. This is a full‑time position that will see you leading cross‑functional teams, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
What you will be doing
* Developing and implementing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
* Coordinating and directing the work of tradespeople, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
* Monitoring project progress and adjusting plans as necessary to meet changing requirements or unexpected challenges
* Ensuring strict adherence to all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
* Providing regular progress updates and reporting to senior management
* Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing efficient, cost‑effective solutions
* Fostering a positive, collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and open communication
* Preparing, managing and overseeing project budgets and analysis, costing, accounting, billing, material ordering, and monitoring subcontractors
* Analyzing all drawings, quote obtainment, providing detailed proposals and accurate tender packages and reviewing and executing project documents
What we're looking for
* Desirable qualifications include a Certificate III or higher in Landscape Construction, White Card, or relevant industry qualifications
* Minimum 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager in the construction or landscaping industry
* Skilled in end-to‑to‑end project coordination, from planning and scheduling to quoting and financial management using QuickBooks, spreadsheets, and Buildxact
* Analytical and numerate, leadership and teamwork skills. Demonstrates initiative, strategic thinking and a positive detail‑focused approach under pressure
* Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and team members
* Thorough understanding of relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental best practices
