The Role
We are looking for a dynamic part-time Sales Associate to work at our successful store, Ralph Lauren Sunshine Plaza. As a Sales Associate you will excel in providing customers with exceptional support, driving operational excellence and supporting our stores to deliver a seamless client experience across all channels. You will be required to support store operations including visual merchandise, stock control, back of house processes and omnichannel. As a part-time Sales Associate, you are required to work a minimum of 20 hours per week across a mix of weekdays and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a high level of awareness of the store's inventory and possess strong product knowledge.
- Ensure omnichannel orders are processed accurately, efficiently and in an organized manner.
- Manage omnichannel packaging inventory and request replenishment when necessary.
- Ensure all products are untagged properly and provide gift wrapping where applicable.
- Verify that all outgoing orders are secure and complete; report any discrepancies to omnichannel Support.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist clients with selection of merchandise.
- Develop strong commercial relationships with clients.
- Provide a memorable shopping experience by maintaining exceptional levels of customer service.
- Work a mix of weekdays and weekends as required.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in retail, sales or customer service, preferably with experience in omnichannel.
- A genuine love and understanding of our brand.
- Previous experience in a similar sales and stock role.
- Strong merchandise disciplines.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed with a good understanding of trends, fashion and competitors.
- Ability to identify inventory opportunities and communicate with management to maximize sales.
- Exceptional organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- A ‘can do’ attitude and excellent teamwork abilities in a dynamic environment.
