Depot Labourer - Largs North
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Depot Labourer to join our team at Largs North. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general yard maintenance, operating the Filter Press, and carrying out non-technical maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operating the Filter Press on a daily basis
* Sorting waste streams for processing
* Fixed plant operation as required – filter press / pump station / loading and unloading with forklift
* Labouring as an offsider in a truck
* Maintaining routine work records and inventories
* Carrying out non-technical maintenance tasks as required
* Manual handling around the yard
* Bins maintenance and stock control
* General housekeeping and yard duties as required
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Current Forklift Licence – essential
* Reliable; we are an essential service industry
* Subject to a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol testing
* Able to provide your last 5 years' traffic history at interview stage
* Well-developed people and relationship skills
* Current HR licence – preferred
