Business Development Manager plays a key role in driving Evernex's growth by acquiring new clients, expanding the customer portfolio, and contributing directly to revenue growth. This position requires a strong hunter mindset, strategic vision, and the ability to build lasting relationships in a competitive and fast‐paced environment.
How will you make an impact?
* Identify and develop new business opportunities
* Build and expand a high‐potential customer portfolio
* Drive new business through prospecting, networking, and lead generation
* Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing
* Build strong relationships with key decision‐makers and stakeholders
* Promote Evernex solutions aligned with customer needs and business objectives
* Maintain a strong and accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and KPIs
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
* Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
What makes you a great fit?
* Minimum 5 years of B2B sales / business development experience
* Strong experience in the IT sector (maintenance, TPM, infrastructure, or enterprise solutions)
* Proven track record in acquiring new clients and driving revenue growth
* Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
* Strong hunter mindset with a results‐driven approach
* Ability to build and maintain long‐term client relationships
* High level of autonomy, organization, and adaptability
* Comfortable working in a fast‐paced, multicultural environment
* Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
