As a Lifestyle Activities Assistant, you will be part of an experienced team creating a welcoming care experience for residents. This is a Permanent Part Time position.
Key Responsibilities
 * Develop and implement leisure and lifestyle programs that meet the needs and interests of residents.
 * Work collaboratively with the care team to provide person-centered care.
 * Coordinate activities and events that promote social interaction and engagement among residents.
This role requires a strong understanding of leisure and lifestyle programming and Aged Care Quality Standards.
Requirements
 * Demonstrated ability to work without supervision and take initiative in a dynamic environment.
 * Previous experience in a similar role, including dementia care.
 * Certificate III in Leisure and Health or equivalent.
 * Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
