Responsibilities
The Project Manager will lead the full lifecycle of the Legal Matter Management System (LMMS) project, including planning, design, build, testing, deployment, and transition to business-as-usual.
Key responsibilities include project governance, risk and issue management, stakeholder engagement, change management, business process mapping, vendor/contract oversight, and ensuring compliance with government policies and security standards.
Qualifications
The role requires at least 3–5 years of experience delivering large-scale ICT or digital business system projects, with proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Experience with LMMS, case management, or records management systems is highly desirable.
Candidates should have strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile/Scrum), excellent communication skills, and the ability to produce high-quality documentation, reports, and executive briefs.
Qualifications in IT, Business, or Project Management are preferred.
