About the role
We are currently seeking Disability Support Workers who live in and around the Lithgow area to support a 30-year-old male participant with cerebral palsy to remain living independently within his home.

Duties include but not limited to
* Medication administration
* Use of mobility equipment
* Domestic assistance
* Meal preparation and Community participation
* Personal Care Tasks
You will be supported by qualified healthcare professionals and would get the necessary training and skills to do the best job you can.

What you need
* Passionate about caring and committed to client wellbeing
* Current references
* Mobile phone
* Current driver's licence and your own car with insurance
* NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain (mandatory)
* First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain (mandatory)
* Working With Children Check – Paid (mandatory)
* Certificate III (Ageing and Disability) or equivalent
Days/Hours
* Monday to Sunday 06:45 – 1:30PM
* Monday - Sunday 1:30PM - 4:30PM
* Monday to Sunday 4:30PM – 7:30PM
* Sunday 1:30PM – 7:30PM
* Friday 4:30PM – 7:30PM
