Advisor Executive Services

* Clerk Grade 7/8 with a salary range of $113,574 to $125,720 plus superannuation.
* Temporary full time role for up to 12 months (with the possibility of extension) primarily based in Parramatta/Gosford with flexible working arrangements in place.
About us SafeWork NSW is the state’s workplace health and safety regulator. Our focus is to protect NSW workers by preventing and reducing work related fatalities, serious injuries, and illnesses by securing compliance with work health and safety and associated legislation. About the role: In this role you will work closely with the SafeWork NSW Senior Executive and key internal and external stakeholders to provide secretariat support, respond to and resolve complex and sensitive enquiries, and will play a critical role in ensuring the successful operation of the SafeWork Advisory Council. You will also be responsible for supporting the development of procedures and guidance documentation as well as providing support and guidance to your colleagues and the broader business. You will bring strong judgement, discretion, and a solutions-focused mindset to help drive service excellence and organisational performance. Key responsibilities:
* Provide high-level executive, secretariat and administrative support across a range of complex matters to enable smooth operations across the organisation..
* Engage and communicate effectively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to support consultation, information sharing and collaborative outcomes.
* Manage and coordinate planning and reporting activities, including collecting and collating information to support service delivery and organisational objectives.
* Oversee records management processes and ensure compliance with relevant administrative policies, practices and systems.
* Respond to complex and sensitive enquiries, ensuring accurate information is provided and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
* Develop, implement and review administrative systems, improving processes to enhance efficiency and alignment with organisational standards.

* Strong analytical and coordination capabilities, including experience supporting planning, reporting and business operations.
