Hotels Project Coordinator and Executive Support
professional to work closely with the
General Manager – Hotels & Resorts
, supporting key operational projects, communications, and business initiatives across our portfolio.

Where you'll make an impact
* Coordinate divisional projects and act as the key liaison between departments to ensure initiatives are scoped, resourced, and delivered on time and within budget
* Support the General Manager – Hotels & Resorts with reporting, meeting coordination, communications, and stakeholder engagement
* Analyse operational and financial reports to provide insights and recommendations that drive performance improvements
* Develop communication plans, monitor risks, and facilitate post-project reviews to embed continuous improvement
* Manage administrative functions including purchase orders, invoices, and credit card reconciliations
* Uphold high standards of compliance, confidentiality, and professionalism across all divisional operations
What we're looking for
You're a proactive, adaptable professional who thrives on structure, problem-solving, and supporting others' success. You'll bring initiative, attention to detail, and the confidence to work independently while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team.
To be successful, you'll need:
* 3+ years' experience in an independent administrative or project coordination role
* Tertiary qualifications in Hospitality, Business, or Project Management
* Exceptional communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and an eye for continuous improvement
